The site is ideally situated to
explore the entire Dorset
coast & Exmoor National
Park plus many and varied
wildlife attractions, theme
parks and coastal walks.
Weymouth town centre with
all its shops, restaurants,
cafes, theatre and harbour
is only a five minute drive.
Bournemouth and Lyme
Regis are also not far away.
The site includes a shower
block, laundry, ample parking
and the most amazing views
over Chesil Beach.
You can enjoy a drink in the
small friendly bar, with
stunning views across
Chesil Beach. Portland and
Lyme Bay. Children are very
welcome.
The caravans are fully equipped
and furnished to a high standard,
sleeping six.

Payment by cheque or bank transfer prefered please. We can accept debit and credit card payment
(this will incur a 4% handling fee).
PRICES FOR 2014 SHOWN BELOW.
An initial deposit of 20% of rental price to secure the booking is required.
If the booking is less than eight weeks away, deposit required of 50%
The remaining balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before rental starts.
Immediate full payment required if less than 4 weeks before booking.
If full payment is not received before 4 weeks prior to the booking, you booking will be cancelled.
In this event your deposit will not be returned.
We regularly have special offers available which do not require the full 20% deposit to be paid.

A returnable £60 waver deposit is also payable at least four weeks before your scheduled booking.
If you would like to bring your dog on holiday we require an additional £100 reundable waver deposit.
(This is refunded in full subject to the caravan being left in exactly the same condition as when you arrived).
Any breakages will need to be paid for on a new to replace basis.
We humbly and politely request that you leave the caravans in a clean, good working order.
